      Refund policy

      I stand behind the quality of everything made in the note•ify shop, and I want my customers to be completely satisfied. Please contact me immediately if you have a problem with your order.

      If you are not satisfied, you may return them for a full refund, if:

      -- you contact me before returning the item to arrange for return and refund
      -- the item is in pristine, unused condition
      -- return is shipped within 7 days of delivery receipt
      -- buyer pays shipping costs

      Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Also, please note that I cannot be responsible for replacing items lost or damaged in the mail when those items are one of a kind. In the case of verified non-delivery for one of a kind items, I will offer a refund of the cost of the item. If something gets damaged during shipping, or it does not arrive in a timely manner, please contact me immediately.
